Shipping & Delivery PolicySEATSHIFT B.V. Last updated: September 23, 2025 At SeatShift, we do everything we can to ensure your tickets are delivered on time, so you can enjoy your event worry-free. As we operate in the secondary ticket market, the exact delivery time depends on the event, the type of ticket, and when the original seller makes the tickets available.
1. Delivery Timeframe We aim to deliver tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the event. However, in practice, some tickets are only released shortly before the event by the official ticketing platforms. Final delivery deadline:
Tickets will be delivered no later than the day of the event, provided this is technically possible. In some cases, tickets may only become available a few hours before the event starts.
2. Minimum Processing Time To prevent misuse or double delivery, tickets are not sent immediately after purchase. The minimum processing time is 30 minutes after your order is placed.
3. Delivery Method & Communication All tickets are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipping costs; digital delivery is included in the ticket price. Depending on the event and the type of ticket, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to send your tickets or provide further instructions. Please note: you will only be contacted once your tickets are ready for delivery.
4. Customer Responsibility Please make sure you enter the correct email address and phone number when placing your order. SeatShift is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer. We strongly recommend creating an account, so you can manage and verify your details securely.
5. Haven't received your tickets? Contact us on time If you have not received your tickets 5 days before the event, or if you haven't heard from us yet, please contact us immediately: [email protected]

Last-Minute Delivery In exceptional cases – such as festivals or certain football matches – tickets may only be made available on the day of the event by the original seller. In those cases, SeatShift reserves the right to deliver up until the event begins.
